The Building Department is here to assist you in building the project you desire and to ensure the requirements of the Adopted Codes are met. We have adopted the 2006 International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Property Management Code and the 2005 National Electrical Code. The Town of Dewey-Humboldt has adopted Ordinance 07-31 outlining Administrative and Building Codes.
Please ensure you obtain a Septic Permit from the Environmental Services Department at Yavapai County prior to applying for a Building Permit with the Town of Dewey-Humboldt.
